1. Definitions

3.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an account with clan4d, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to register only one account with clan4d. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect or have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been created by the same person, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any associated wagers and bonuses, and forfeit any remaining balances. Only accounts detected to contain fraudulent activity will be subject to balance forfeiture; legitimate single accounts will be preserved.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify clan4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. clan4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

clan4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and select e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at our discretion without prior notice. All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected or reversed.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account verification status, generally ranging from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction for verified accounts. Deposits are typically processed and reflected in your account balance within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). clan4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. We are not liable for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or incorrect payment details provided by you.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, clan4d maintains strict policies to prevent the use of our platform for money laundering or terrorist financing activities. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds or when unusual activity patterns are detected. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal, to prevent the use of our platform as a pass-through service for fund transfers.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request withdrawal of funds from your clan4d account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process; you must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses received; the withdrawal amount must meet or exceed the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000; and you must withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Higher VIP tier members enjoy expedited processing, with Platinum tier and above receiving same-day processing guarantees. Once processed by clan4d, the actual fund transfer time depends on the receiving financial institution and typically takes 1-3 business days for bank transfers. E-wallet withdrawals may be processed faster, often within hours.

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single transaction or Rp 200,000,000 in a calendar month. This is a standard security procedure designed to protect both the player and the platform from fraudulent activity.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of Rp 100,000,000 per calendar month. VIP tier members enjoy enhanced limits: Gold tier Rp 200,000,000, Platinum tier Rp 500,000,000, Diamond tier Rp 1,000,000,000, and Black Diamond tier unlimited withdrawals subject to individual account manager approval. These limits may be increased on a case-by-case basis upon request and review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms General Principles

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by clan4d are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the applicable promotion page or communication. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses require wagering requirements to be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Players detected claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will have all accounts closed and bonuses voided.

6.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses expire 30 days after issuance if wagering requirements are not met within that timeframe. Upon expiration, both the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited and removed from your account balance. Standard deposits and winnings from your own funds are never affected by bonus expirations.

When using clan4d services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or error-free operation of our platform. While we strive to maintain continuous service, we are not liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service provider issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the clan4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of clan4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. The clan4d trademark, logo, and all related marks are proprietary marks of our company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the clan4d platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without express written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which clan4d is licensed. clan4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity or security of our platform. In cases of termination for cause, we may forfeit your account balance if fraudulent activity is confirmed.
